1. When and where were you born? Baptist Hospital, Atlanta, GA September 28th 1961.
2. Did you have any nicknames? Bobby LA
3. What was your favorite subject to study? Accounting (What a nerd!). Actually because it is fundamentally easy and you could check your work. Second favorite was composition. I am a closet writer and philosopher.
4. What was your worst job? Cleaning up after my Father’s construction crews and pulling weeds while the other landscaping crew members got to “drive the riding mowers”.
5. Who was the biggest influence in your career? Dennis James. Taught me the importance of being a gentleman.
6. What does the word "family" mean to you? Everything, literally it is hands down what drives my life.
7. In what ways have your parents influenced you the most? They passed to me a tremendous work ethic, taught me that manners mattered, and if you take care of things (everything) it will last.
8. How long have you been married? 33 years, 8 months and 14 days! (As of April 14, 2016)
9. What would you like to see change in the current political / social atmosphere? A return to service vs. politics being a profession.
10. What do you like to do in your spare time? Anything at a relatively low exertion level, outdoors.
11. What is something you would tell your younger self? The sooner you break bad habits, the sooner you can replace them with good ones.
